4. AI-Specific Disclosure
Because Genie Space includes AI-powered functionality, we make the following additional disclosures:
- AI features may process selected media, file context, or user text prompts in order to generate replies, cleanup suggestions, organization decisions, or optimization reports.
- When third-party AI services are used, the minimum input necessary to provide the requested AI output may be transmitted to that provider.
- AI outputs may include summaries, grouping results, duplicate or screenshot recommendations, optimization reasoning, or assistant replies.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Genie Space, support purchases, maintain security, measure performance, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information. For example, crash diagnostics, analytics records, attribution records, AI request logs, and purchase-related records may each follow different operational or legal retention periods.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request portability for certain personal information. If you wish to exercise your rights, please contact us at [email protected].
When responding to privacy requests, we may need to verify your identity before taking action.
